2 X Cans of condensed milk
2 X Plain Cream cheese
2 X Fresh Cream (beaten until it peaks. if you dont have an egg beater then pour it into a bottle and shake until it peaks)
1 X Cup Lemon juice (concentrate)
4 x Tsps Gelatin (mix with a little boiling water to dissolve, then fill cup with cold water)
3 X Pkts Tennis, Ginger or Coconut biscuits


In a Glass mixing bowl
Add: Condensed milk
Cream cheese
Dissolved Gelatin
Lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together - slowly
Now Fold in Fresh cream

In Large Pyrex (preferably rectangular) dish
Place a layer of biscuits to cover the bottom of dish. Add 1/3 of the mixture.
Continue to layer biscuits and until mixture is used up.
Now crumble some biscuits between your fingers and sprinkle on top of mixture.
You can also crumble a Flake chocolate.
